Psychotherapy and Mindfulness can be a powerful combination to hep you explore current difficulties and learn skills to support your own well being into the future.
I have worked as psychotherapist for 30 years and a Mindfulness Teacher and Trainer for 20 years. As such I have the experience to tailor an approach especially for you. We can work together using a purely psycho-therapeutic approach or we can, integrate mindfulness into our work together. We may choose to work one to one learning mindfulness.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide variety of human difficulties and mental health diagnoses, and would be pleased to discuss with you your particular needs.
I particularly enjoy working with parenting and family issues and can support women and men with birth anxiety and trauma arising from childbirth using a combination of therapy and mindfulness.
